Who wins in 1/4 : 997.1 C2S with X51 or 997.2 C2S?

If the early reviews are right, a 997.2 C2S PDK will crush a 997.1 C2S. X51 adds perhaps a few whp but it won't make up for the efficiency/shift speed benefits of a PDK.
Initial 1/4 mile times put it in the high 11 second territory (11.8-12.0); which would give a 997.1 TT a run for its money.
In the real world, the story gets even better for the 997.2 due to the consistancy of launches/shifts relative to a manual.

X51 adds a few HP, sure - but it cannot possibly make up a deficit of 0.6-0.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile.
Disclosure: I own a 997.1 so definitely not biassed...

.2 for sure. Not only because of the PDK (no power loss during shifts and keeps the engine in the best part of the power band) but the DFI engine is allegedly incredibly strong. Much more so than the .1 with X51. Reading Alex' posts about his green one, it sounds like a completely different experience.
And I too am a .1 owner so no bias. I just have a lot of respect for the technical advances in the new car.

On the Track it would be debatable... But on a straight line the 997.2 would take the 997.1 with X51 plus few more mods that you mentioned...

But stock, I would give it to the 997.2, especially if you add the PDK.
