R134 or R12 in 997 cars?

R134 or R12 in 997 cars?

Could somebody answer ASAP - is AC in any 997 now filled with R134 freon or are they still on R12?

EJ-997 is infamous around these parts
R12 has been illegal for new cars for many years now because it is a CFC which depleats ozone layer. I believe it is R134A that is used.

Correct, although R12 is still available in Mexico cars today run R134A. Have been for almost 15 years I believe.Dave
