The Dynaudio 362 fit in the factory locations with slight modifications. The esotar have a larger tweeter flange that wont fit on the dash. You will have to do a 2-way set up with the mids and tweets in the doors

I decided to do away with the PCM because I couldnt find a clean solution to add aftermarket products. There are adapters for ipod, sat radio, bluetooth, etc, but there was always a compromise on its functionality and display. I also was not happy with the factory navigation system. If I went the OE radio way it would have cost the same if not more to do the same thing using a bunch of adapters and probably would not work as well. By going aftermarket I was able to add ipod, blutooth, XM, Sirius, HD radio and navigation with real time traffic info. The only feature that I lost was the display showing on the cluster and the timing feature on the sport chrono(which I think is useless anyway). My next project, when I have time, would be some sort of steering wheel control that looks like it came from the factory.
The sub enclosure weighs less than 15lbs without the woofer, total it weighs around 40lbs. The enclosure was designed to wedge itself in the back and used the factory bolts that held the Bose box to lock it in place. As you can see I had an aluminum handle installed so I can quickly remove it for track days. It looks like a suitcase out of the car.
I welded up an amp rack and bolted them on the car using threaded inserts that were riveted using holes that were already there from the factory. I also purchased the factory mounting tray that holds the OE cd changer and mounted the Audio Control DQX 1/3 octave eq.
I have had no issues getting rid of the PCM. I am really happy with the sound, functionality, and the integration of all the components.
Thanks for your comments.
