1.9% is actually a very good perk. I just priced out my options and... on a turbo, 1.9% financing saves over 10k in 5 years compared to loan rates at my credit union (5.25).
I bet they will sell that car for 70. Today/tomorrow is the perfect time to go talk to them. I called a couple dealers today and they all had 9am "sales meetings". As in... they are getting the end-of-the-month sales instructions.

are your basing the 15-20% off an 09 taking into account the trunk money floating around?

1) end of month.
2) high inventory
3) may even be a few left on dock (not sure on this )
4)incentives .
He may not get 20 but 15 will leave a few scratching their heads.
BTW -2010 may not be here until Nov . cayennes will come first.

Northeast pricing might be a tad higher based on what some forum membets have shared . If you out in the effort and one full day you'll havea nice car at 15.

If you like aqua blue . I saw three gorgeous local cars today . A C4S , A C2S , and a stunning Turbo . The C4S was pdk /chrono etc. The C2S was manual ,, I almost bought that car. The Turbo is awesome. Aqua/natural brown .. chrono,. axle lock, goregeous. I took a pick a few weeks ago I liked it that much.

Dealers in the NJ/NY always treat you like you don't know the car...many of their buyers just hand over the check without question.
There has been an new 08 C4S Cab sitting a MMC in NYC for 2 years and they still want 89k for it! For New 09 cars they won't budge off of 12%.
Call dealers in CA, not Beverly Hills(they are rude) within 10 minutes I had a deal for 20%, you have to be a cash buyer and then next question they wil ask"when do you want it shipped!!" I didn't buy the one I was dealing on because it didn't have a few options I knew I couldn't be happy without. GL

Before I go to the dealer my mind is torn between 2 cars with same colors and same options.
2008 (new) potentially 72k (this is the car I am going to see now at my local dealer)
2009 (used with 3k miles) deep discount to 79k so maybe assume a few thousand off of that ? (this car is 4 hours away from me in Boston. It is CPO'd until 2015. It is PDK though, I am not sure I can live with that :-(
