If you mean aftermarket (not OE), then the AMT wheels (19"'s= F17lbs/R 21.5lbs) with Michelin PS2's (F22lbs/R28lbs) are the lightest combo.

The new Pirelli P0's Fronts are lighter by 1 lb (21lbs) than PS2's.

im thinking about going back to 18's... from seat of the pants, my car feels slower with the lighter 19's on it... I know it changes the gearing of the car but does it make that big of a difference?

It should NOT have changed the gearing if you sized the tire/wheel combo properly. Use the calculator to check your overall outside circumference which would cause any possible change in gearing.

I would guess the Volk 18's are right up there in the lightest 18" wheel category for our cars.

I have CCW 9x18 and 12x18 for track wheels.

Think they are around 19lbs front and 22lbs rear.

I have 18" Volk TE37 Wheels for the track, the fronts (18 x 9) weigh 18 lbs each and the rears (18 x 11) are only 20 lbs each. I have a also seen a lot of Fikse and CCW at the track.

19" champions are forged and weigh only 20/21lbs respectively... I believe they can custom make 18s for you which would be even lighter
