Weird error message
Haven't been a Porsche owner for too long, but I'm loving the C2S thus far. Recently though, ran into some software problems.
So anyway this past weekend, I was taking a short drive down PCH and about 20 minutes into the drive I get a "Temperature PCM" error message and it shut down shortly after. It happened about 3-4 times after that whenever I tried to turn on the radio.
I can't take her in until tomorrow.
Anyone ever encounter this?

Have never seen or heard of that. It's been pretty hot here lately in so cal. Was the car sitting in the heat for any extended period of time before the message appeared? My guess would be that the PCM has a thermostat of some sort and the unit was overheating...could be a short? Let us know what the dealer finds.

I was thinking about that too, but then I thought, "How can a Nav overheat?"
It wasn't particularly hot over the weekend in my opinion, a bit humid, but not nearly as bad as during the week.
