AWE Cross over pipes for 997.2?

AWE Cross over pipes for 997.2?
I just bought a 09 PDK C4S and was considering the AWE cross over pipes. The dealer I bought the car from recommends them. Anyone have them installed? I dont mind the idea of losing that center muffler. Also wouldnt mind a little more sound. cheers,

I have them installed on my C4S, and I love it!! My cousin has the same car, and he tried the Fabspeed side muffler delete first, he didn't like those at all, had them taken off 5 minutes later, and order the AWE. He is now as happy as I am... the tone is not loud at all, sounds great at high RPM's. I also have the Fabspeed CAI installed, I think that helps with the sound...

I just purchased a set of the pipes from Suncoast. 877-923-1700 They gave me a great deal. I will install them in the next few weeks and give a update on the before and after. cheers,

Got them installed yesterday. Its was really easy. Took me about a hour & half. I was really impressed be the quality of the pipes. Top notch. The sound is much better, but not overwhelming. This is the way it should be from the factory. Now though I want to replace the side cans. Thats my next project. Probably Fabspeed or AWE. I had Fabspeed on my 06 and loved them.

Rep Power: 162 Fabspeed has some really cool side mufflers that allow you to go from quiet to loud. I had Fabspeed mufflers on my 06 and then moved them to my 07 and they are built very nice and sound great. If you what a more Euro sound then the Tubi side mufflers are very lightweight and sound great with ZERO drone on the highway.
