Interesting POV's on the available product. It would be great to see Sumitomo release the HTRZIII in these sizes. It sure would be a welcome addition to their sizing lineup.

I have had a lot of success with Yokohama, they have a new one out called the AD08, might be worth a look.

Just tracked a new set of the AD08s last weekend and was very impressed. Ran 11 sessions over 2 hot days (95+ degrees). Excellent grip and wear in my opinion. Pulled new PS2s off to try the Yokos. AD08s seemed quieter on the street than the PS2s (although only put 100 miles on before the track).

Reviews have been phenominal on the tire, and the price, well, need I say more?
I've heard good things on them as well. Recent "Car & Driver" had them finish in 2nd place during a tire test.

I have the RE-11's on my car. Great tires. Don't listen to the naysayers that argue not to buy because they aren't N spec. Tire rack says they're fine for the 911. I track my car with these tires too.

Have the hankooks on my E63 and they have been great. Smoother than the PS2, more grip than the Conti2's and just an all around great tire. Only have about 3500 miles on them so far so will see how long they last. They have been great. Will plan on these for the C4S unless something dramatic happens. The price is ridiculous for such a good tire.

Hey guys I have the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 and have to admit that I am very happy and impressed by how quiet they are. The grip is very good in both wet and dry conditions and I drive the hell out of them. For track I might see it differently but for daily driving I really dont think its worth spending more on tires.

I'd much rather see the Goodyear F1 GSD3's or the Asymetrics in these rear sizes. Those are really good tires and a fair value.

A bit of unrelated (or not) question - it is a consensus that rear 11" rims usually get 305/30R19 tires. What tire size is the best for front 8.5" wide 19" rims?
