I posted on rennlist but got no response and I hope to get some input here. Can anyone provide their service experience from Holtz(Rochester NY) and Stoddard(Cleveland OH)? Coming from first rated experience from Mercedes Benz of Buffalo, the Buffalo Porsche is worst than my local chevy dealer. No loaner(did get a Ford Focus once because service manager insisted when sale manager said no. I didn't buy the car from him), shared dirty lounge room with Toyota and Buick, no shuttle service, and subpar amenity. If I can get better service, 2 hour drive would be worth while.

Write to Porsche of NA about your experience. They will have to start paying attention once they start collecting piles of complaints.

 

I think Stoddard is too far for you.

 

I am actually located south of Buffalo near the PA border. To go to either Holtz or Stoddard it would be roughly the same distance, about 120 miles.
