One 'secret' I found was the flip-up lid armrest lids on each door.

I will not be so abusive, which is actually against my nature! lol I am a new 911 owner as well and am sympothetic with ya!

I did not read the manual and am discovering new things here and there. Do you have bluetooth or ipod connection? All controls for your phone and ipod can be obtained from the little stalk on your left.

 

Ok, ok, the right side mirror only tilts down if you have the adjustment **** turned to the right side mirror. Leave it set in the neutral middle position, it doesn't work.

 

All in fun... The real secrets are in how to drive the car to near it's potential. The rest is just bling.

The secret to these cars can be found at any track near you. Seek out the track nearest you and you will be enlightened

 

Here's another one. You only need to tap the right/left turn signal for quick lane changes.

 

Don't put it in 'sports mode' for the first time at a stop light when you have traffic behind you. .... yes...I stalled it...

I'm was the jerk at Rt 2/62 at a light last week....I put the top down (there wasn't a pretty girl on my left), pressed the sports mode button, revved the engine...and when the light switched green......I stalled it......and I caused 20 people behind me to miss the light. Huggy Bear (behind me in the 1984 Crown Vic) came within an inch of painting my bumper a nice shade of bondo...and of course, I was called some names. (I deserved every single one of them). Anyway, the car didn't start right up again when I turned the ignition. I had to turn it to that full left position, then back to the 0 position before reingaging.

Here's a secret: After stalling a high performance sports car, the PCM mobile sends a text to all your freinds telling them that you drive like your sister and your key chain turns pink.

 

I feel your pain, did it on a hill with my 06MT...hasn't happened yet with my 09 PDK :>)

 

Haha, don't feel bad. I've stalled mine 3 times already and it's always in Sport mode. I've been driving stick since age 16 and never stall. There is something about Sport mode that is very sensitive at red lights, you can't be shy with the gas. You learn real quick to turn the key all the way to the left to reset everything, but the first time is always fun!
