LED DRL V2 teaser

It is nice DIY job, but it looks like a DIY job, unfortunately, fact that it protrudes into turn light territory does not overly please my eye, got to tell you.
It`s just, well, not sure.
I would not damage my fog lights like this, not sure if it`s worth it. Regular Hoen bulb would look not much worse color temperature wise and those LEDs do not really look like they belong there where you placed them.
Nice job, anyway, but overall - no, not for me at least.

strife: i disconnected the fogs
utkinpol: I completely agree with you about diy look and am trying to figure out how to make it look better. Looking into smoking it so you don't really see the internals. As far as taking it apart, I bought it on ebay for 50 bucks in order to figure out a good led system so its not really a big deal.

I was trying at first to figure out "hey, why is this guy displaying his LED lights on the seat of his MasterCraft"? Then I spotted that you are using the boat battery for power!
PS
I own a MasterCraft dealership in Pennsylvania, so it wasn't hard for me to spot! - Brian

Goggle permatex. It's like a plastic "weld" glue. You can pick it up in places like Autozone.

Thanks, but what I'm really looking for is some kind of filler. My plan is to cover up the holes with plastic sheets and then put a thick layer of some bondo type material and sand it down so I can integrate the leds, similair to what imagine auto did a few years ago with the turbo leds and a gt3 bumper. Problem is they aren't around any more and most of the pictures of the project are gone.
