I would have never guessed those 20+ years ago that I would own a such a great car like my 4-day old 996TT. What an awesome machine.

Thanks for the great photo's - and memory flashbacks. Now I can relate on two different levels. Only wish I had the car back there now to enjoy those roads.
What a wild list of cars you have there - talk about flashbacks. Surely at least a few of them had to be fun.

I meant driving the car on road trips rather than city boulevards and stop and go traffic.

Oh.. right... that! Yes -- plus being able to pass without worrying about the rozzers hiding behind a bush up ahead...

Being a Vermont boy, I have to say that those photos made me homesick, too. This is the toughest time of the year for me in the Bay Area. There is some color, but nothing close to New England color.

I'm also in NH and plan to tour the White Mountains year round. Did I see that Cab on the Nashua Porsche lot a while back. I bought my '05 C2S Carmon Red earlier this spring. Great color.

You didn't see mine -- it was built to order from Herb Chambers in Burlington (MA) and was on their lot for about 5 days in June before I picked it up...

I must admit I agonized over the colour combo for months (like a lot of other people here I think) - my wife thinks it's given that normally I cant distinguish one shade of red from another... the Ruby Red plus two tone black/sand interior is pretty stunning though... (IMESHO of course)

Great pics! I wish I got up there yesterday morning, when the weather was better. It rained the entire drive this morning (a little wet is fun), and turned over to the white stuff before the Pats beat the pants off the Titans.

Best of luck. I'm impressed a little snow didn't stop you, new car and all.
