Somebody know how to adjust Bilstein PSS10

I recently bought a set of Bilstein PSS10 for my C4S 09 with PASM but I dont know how to adjust them. If any of you guys know please let me know.

Can you adjust ride height and so forth with PSS10's? If so you need to go to a place in your area like Orbit Racing for a full corner balance and alignment to get this done.
