Do Bilstein Damptronic coliverovers for 997.1 C2S fit and work on 997 turbo as well?

No. The 997.1 C2S uses Damptronics with a model number F4-GA5-B560-H0. They are not compatible with either the C4S or 997TT.

The F4-GA5-D598-H0 is what is sold specifically for the U.S. market 997TT. In Europe, it is referred to as the "clubsport version."

F4-GA5-D581-H0 are available for the 997TT as well. They are also found on the Carrera 4S. They are referred to as the "standard version" in Europe.

In the US market, yes. And the C4S is compatible with the 997TT. In the European market however, two versions are available. The standard version (US C4S version) and the "clubsport" version (US 997TT).
