Sorry to hear your story,but I heard from my tuner that it does take longer than buyers can tolerate to ship the order to your door. I am lucky to order of P40,which quietly sits in my tuner's inventory warehouse.

Feel bad for your experience.
But when you see your P40 on your car,your smile should drive away your frustration.
