997.x

Hi All,

I have seen a couple of references to 997.1 and 997.2. Is it safe to say that decimal X refers to the month of production? For instance 997.7 is July?

It doesn't refer to the month. The number after the decimel denotes either 1st o 2nd generation for the 997 chassis. For example: 997.1 is for years 2005-2008 and 997.2 is for 2009+.
