He was asking 49k at that point and this was probably back in June or July even. I noticed his Craigslist ad was gone so figured he had sold it.

It had around 21k miles IIRC at that point so it looks like he took it off the market and drove it more.

My 05 is great! I did have a transmission leak and the RMS started to show signs of a leak, but I got it repaired under my extended warranty all in one fell swoop and ended up w/ the latest redesigned RMS so happy with that.

Other than those issues, its now my daily and so far very happy with it. I bought it with 21k miles and I'm closing in on 23k now.

Get use to having a nice lil grin on your face while you drive it .
