number of Carreras sold in USA in 2009?
I saw a breakdown on the forum recently of Turbos manufactured for USA over the years. Are there figures for C2, C2S, C4 C4s year by year as well? Just curious, now that I own a 2009 C2 I am first becoming aware there are not that many other Carreras on the road???

Depends on where you live. Around here Carreras are like Toyota Avalons. I forget how special my car is sometimes until I drive down to western PA to see my girl's family. I feel like a rock star out there.

How do you think I feel here in So. Calif? 911s are like Hondas. A 911 around every curve.

Porsche has rather drastically restricted allocations (the right for a dealer to order a specified model) going forward.
I was told this week that there will be no allocations for C4/C4S cars for the indefinite future. (This forced the cancellation of an order that I had placed in September.) Happily, my dealer was able to trade for an existing allocation that could be modified to my specifications.

Chevy is dying ...
(have you driven a GM or Chrysler car lately? I had the bad luck of the 911 in the shop and had a rental, oh my god are these cars bad ...)
