Thanks for the feedback from everyone. When you do an exhaust upgrade or an intake upgrade of any kind, the ECU will adapt to what you did automatically but it sometimes requires you to unplug the battery for the ECU to really reset. This will allow the ECU to relearn all the idles and make the proper adjustment for the new upgrades, which resolves the hesitation issue. Let me know if you have any questions.

As per Alex, The ECU reset worked. The 997 runs great. More pull at 3000 rpm and up. As always I recommend FabSpeed parts.

I experienced the same thing after installing the AWE cats + mufflers. Very light throttle off idle.

It ultimately fixed itself so I'm guessing the ECU adapted to the new setup.
