C4S: Configuration and Thanks for HELP & Thoughts

Just wanted to say thank you to all for your kind words, advice and support. I guess I did answer my own questions. I also avoided getting the X51 Package on my 2010 C4S. Sounds great! I just took delivery of a 2010 C4S coupe. You will love your car. It's a big step forward from the previous 997's

Bold to go cocoa and I congratulate your decision! The natural leather choices are oh so nice.

Your forgot one critical option: Get the Sport PASM. Trust me... do it.

Also- the ventilated seats are fantastic. Haven't read a comment yet where someone spoke bad of this option.

Awesome spec, you will love it!

Your car sounds wonderful. Personally, I could live without some of the pricey interior extras like items painted exterior color etc. They add up to a lot of money sometimes. But with cocoa interior, the painted finishes will contrast wonderfully. It will be a VERY sharp looking car, and I hope you keep it a long time to get the full benefit of all those nice options.

Yes! I agree a 100%! You should go with Sport PASM!

Also how about Bucket Seats? If you're paying this much already, throw them in as well

He's not tracking the car so I think he's made some great choices here.

The sports PASM will considerably harshen the ride in normal mode.

Since he's not tracking the car he really doesn't need the sports seats that will accomodate harnesses.

Just my $0.02.

PASM is standard in C4S, SPASM doesn't feel that bad compare with Normal PASM. You won't notice the different between them. Agree on not much cosmetic upgrade, pricey and they look like a mod Honda, the C4S is already very high class look and beautiful. In Montreal, I wouldn't take it without heated seat and heated steering wheels.

Heated steering wheel? Is that for real? I mean, I know it exists, but does it really improve the experience?

I drove my car yesterday to activate MF in new wheel when it was 17 degrees outside and I did enjoy my heated seats a lot. Wish I would have heated steering as well.

With SPASM,the car has extra 10mm lower than the PASM. Better handling and look.
As a free option, this is a no brainer.

I believe LSD come with all 4 wheels model. But SPASM has Ride height lowered by 20 mm. Stiffer springs, shock absorbers and anti-roll bars..
$0 upgrade, well worth it.

i drove my car yesterday in 16 degrees and the heated steering wheel was amazing!!!

For those in cold climates who drive the car year round it is worth the money.
