Its a car, drive it. I have had 6 Porsches, and all have been driven year round, rain snow or sun. My current C4 is great in the snow, better than my Expedition as long as the snow isn't too deep.

Your keeping your car a garage queen is actually a service, to the next owner, who may actually use the car for what it was designed for, driving.

Why did you get 4WD then? You give up the agility and lightness of the RWD and do not use the 4WD for what it was designed for?

My 07 911 is better in the snow than I thought it would be.... I'd be curious to know how big the difference would be to the C4 or C4S. Anyone ever try both??

JmanE55 Ron,

That's some crazy stuff... Stay inside.
Jeff i plan to...how is the weather out there?

NorthVan That is about as close as I would get to the snow as well...but mine is not a AWD, and sits lower to the ground.
Exactly....+1 for that....

Danger? Clean snow has no danger for anything. Salt/sand mix is the danger. Plus crazy soccer moms who have no clue what this white stuff on the road is and what to do with it.

Clean nice snow is an ultimate fun. But I agree, we got a lot of this fun in last 12 hours.
Eact ta mudo....... i forgot about the crazy soccer moms.....

jjc4scab Ron,
Even better.......buy one of these and hook it up to your car! Some studded snows and u r good to go
love the plow truck....

It's the tires that make the difference. Doesn't matter if it's front, rear or all wheel. If you have winter tires (Alpins, Blizzak) you can drive it.

Wow, the weather looks nasty out there! I don't know how you guys do it, I really don't. Out here in Southern California today, it was 70 degrees and beautiful. Not trying to rub it in, I'm just really glad I'm on the West coast!

About 8-10 inches north of the city. Roads totally clear by the afternoon. I'll probably drive to work tomorrow. I've got the all seasons on, perfect for these conditions.
