Fitting an OEM GT3 rear bumper

Who has done this? I recall seeing a thread that it is pretty much a direct swap with some modification to some supports at each side. I cant seem to find the thread through the search function though.

Also, I am swapping my 997S standard rear bumper cover for the euro GT3 rear bumper cover and know that the bumperettes need to be removed. Does anybody know a good way to go about doing this. I am pretty sure that they are welded in place.

Thanks!

Matt
