Look at this thread for my reasoning: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...cs-inside.html

Your first que is S wheels on a non-S car. VERY few people add lobster forks to a non-S. Just a sign that the car isn't the way it was originally.

I must admit that I don't agree with most of the other 'stay away' quotes - it is fairly rare to find a 911 with few options and thus pricing is surprisingly good for a dealer (who undoubtely has a markup).
Personally, I would have the car checked from the local Porsche dealer (cost is about $200) to make sure that there is nothing wrong, ensure that all service receipts are there and if you love the car, try to get it for around $45,000 (I don't think you will be taken seriously with anything lower, but asking never hurts - sometimes dealers are really eager just before NYE) - but even at $47,500 you have a pretty good price (check some of the posts around here, pretty much every 2006 was in the mid to high 50s)
- CPO is nice to have, but means you buy from a Porsche dealer and I found that their prices are usually a lot higher.
- 35k miles is a touch high, but not bad.
- Full leather is nice - make sure you are okay without Navigation (typically a reason why prices are a bit lower, most people insist on Nav)
- Tires are not mentioned nor pictured - expect to pay $2000 for a set of 4 new Pirellis
Great car, go for it ...
