This just demonstrates how blasted some people get and then drive their cars. It is guys like this idiot who end up killing innocent folks on our streets every day. We all need to redouble our efforts to keep anyone who has been drinking from getting behind the wheel.

This is just ridiculous... I can't believe a person would do such a thing; forget not detecting what the actual problem was but to drive that drunk!?!?! What an a$$hole, please forgive my language but... 
If there is something wrong with your car the smart thing to do is to just pull over to the side of the road and check around the car.
