$10K off sticker on a 2010 sounds like a great deal to me. I got $20K off MSRP on a 2009 a few months ago, and at the time they wouldn't go more than $5K off sticker on a 2010 in stock that I really wanted.

Is this car on the lot ?
No full leather, sport chrono, pdk, adaptive or sport seats ?
10K off ? Well you did fair on price . It's hard for me to swallow it because my 09 C2S had the same MSRP and I paid 84K . Now it's true that I got one of those deals back when I felt it was a once in na lifetime thing to see 20 percent off and I know that times have changed with the 2010 pricing and inventory --BUT I do speculate that if you waited six months you woild not have the car now but your chances to get another 10K off increase . Then you can get that same car with full leather, sport chrono, and more options for that same 94K .

BTW -- If you do end up getting it .. Congrats !!! The C4S looks great in red . I am just wrestling with price and options on my own personal level and since you did ask for an opinion I wanted to be up front with mine.

How did I do?
Car is on lot and it sees like a few of the dealers around have the same configuration, so I would assume these were sent to most dealers as model introduction cars. I guess I could hold out for a while but also the 2.9% financing is very low I think. I guess there is never a perfect deal unless someone gives you one.

If you love the car .. tell them 2K more and they have a deal today and they will lock a unit sale early in the month . Have your checkbook in your hand and be ready to walk. They will sell you the car or maybe call you back in an hour.
Just FYI --end of the month is usually the best time to negotiate . You missed that by 6 days but that's ok . They still are in business to sell cars .

I looked at three Florida dealerships to see if they have the same Guards red car and none had it listed in inventory . I was curious to see if the car was that popular. I did BTW see an awesome white/sea blue C4S though , a bunch of Gt3's, and enough great cars to make me realize how bad it is to even look.

Brian, Larry (yrralis1) is the resident pricing guru. He knows what he is talking about.
My take is that you should try to negotiate a little more if possible. If unsuccessful, I wouldn't let $2K keep me from my dream car.
Welcome to the family (soon)!

I could wait?
The price seems fair to me on a brand new 2010. Six months from now, I agree with yrralis1 you can get more car for your money. But that is six months from now! I wouldn't let 2-3k keep you from your car! Had you considered a 2009 or do you only want 2010?
In all fairness, no matter the outcome, you will love the car. Guards red cars with red belts look great. We had the pleasure of bringing in a guards red C2S with red belts and Guards red rear center console and it is so good looking!
