PDK Transmission fault / error !!!

I had something similar to this. Turning on to a feeder road the engine suddenly high revved (I was actually slowing the car), a code was thrown (I think same as your code), and I pulled into a gas station. Owner's manual translated this to tow to a dealer, do not drive. Dealer said drive it anyway which I was able to do. Completely died at the dealership after they did the diagnosis; which diagnosis they were able to do very quickly-- vacuum leak and they replaced a valve body. Everything is fine and in fact feels like it pulls stronger than before the fix (placebo effect?).
I have the same problem with my 09 C4S ,mind said "emergency transmission run" .It was in the shop 5 times and over 45 days ,they keep telling me they needed to updated the software .Any way I got a Lemon law lawyer and suing them to buy the car back .Car is sitting in the garage ,afraid to drive it .

update:
Since the dealer already followed the "SF3" diagnostics procedure and updates the TCU (Transmission Control Unit), all they could do was to elevate this to the next level - Porsche ...
They expect to have an answer soon - (better be today .....). (Go Suburu)
I guess once they get their next step, they will have to order the DME/DFI control modules.
Thus status is as of noon yesterday.

10:00AM today:
"Porsche" told the dealer the "Valve Body Control Unit" needs to be replaced.
Hopefully they get it tomorrow and I get to return the Suburu tomorrow PM .
More importantly, hopefully this fixes the issue!
Will keep you all posted.

OK - I got her back yesterday afternoon.
The dealer determined that after running their SF3 diagnostics, the "Electro Hydraulic Cylinder Valve Body" needs to be replaced.
They replaced the valve body, and used new bolts for the oil pan, P says not to reuse these bolts.
They test drove it for 25 miles and had no issues (do they ever ??). I could tell it was a hard test drive due to the average mileage being significantly low.
All I have done so far is to drive it home, 30 miles, with no issues. I also ran it through "the gears".
So far, so good.
So I have had her less than 1 month, with 7 days at the dealer!
I am positive that ratio will change in my favor .

but that day after abusing the car on the track, the car was in manual mode, i wanted to race my friend but the car was stuck!! i hit the pedal so hard but the car was gradually and very very slowly accelerating and wouldnt change gears.. i stopped closed my car and started it after a few minutes nd it was ready to go and i raced my friend
that was my first issue (hopefully my last) with the PDK.. my car has 10,500 km on it..
