my 997 C2S

I'm attaching a few photos of my 2007 C2S bought from a main dealer here in England, travelled 170 miles to buy it which I'm sure is'nt far in the USA.I'd been searching for my ideal one for nearly 12 months, they are getting scarce over here especially the back end of last year, think people are holding onto them longer because of the present economic climate.Bought it in November and loving every moment using it, its my everyday car so is in constant use.The options I particularily wanted were, the sports exhaust, sports chrono and full navigation for trips into Europe. The car has these plus some others, notably, Bose sound system, Carbon pack, Carbon steering wheel, full electric lumbar seats, turbo wheels, auto dimming mirrors and park reverse sensors. It had 11000 miles when I bought it and soon as I saw the terracotta interior I was sold!

Congrats! It's a very nice example. I agree with you on the interior, it sets the whole car off. Enjoy in good health.

Wow - beautiful car... that exactly the car I'd like to find as well! Love the interior.

How are you liking the sports exhaust? Not too loud for daily driving / highway use? No droning?

Congrats!!!

The day after I came home with the car the first thing I did was to disconnect the valve in the engine compartment so that the exhaust is permanently loud.Best thing I did,it now sounds fantastic all the time! Its not excessive and when the opportunity arises the window goes down so that I can really hear it especially bouncing off walls or in tunnels-love it.

Is that 2 tone terracotta/black? My monitor might be quite off. I love how the 2 tone breaks up the interior.

Enjoy.

Be prepared to wipe all the drool that your interior will draw from the on-lookers. Best match IMO for your exterior. My wife's MINI covertible is an astroblack with malt brown interior which exactly looks like your two tone interior. I can't tell you how many positive comments we've heard in the last 16 months that we have owned it. 170 miles...are you kidding, I would have driven even coast to coast here in the US to get one like that. Great find.

Very nice car. Aren't the sports seats great?

Just to calibrate markets... how much was the car when first sold new, and how much did you pay now?

The two tone interior looks gorgeous, especially with the carbon. Congratulations.
