235/35ZR19 vs 245/35ZR19

I see (at least it looks this way) only 235mm tires get Porsche 'N' specifications, and never 245mm tires.
Is there any specific reason for this?

p-cardriver is infamous around these parts
Probably because 235 is the recommended size from the factory. So they wouldn't need/want to test any other size. Just a guess...
