[quote=searayray;2712151]OK...I think this is more reasonable. What do you guys think? i think I can get a 2009 S with PDK for low 80s.

Interesting that this is "used" with only 38 miles; let us know that story if you pursue it. More important perhaps is that it isn't the c4s that you were initially looking at and the dealer is 'asking' $82k; you ought to be able to get it $78k max, less if there was an issue.

searayray is infamous around these parts
Hey guys...thanks for helping me on this post. I am sitting in the Caribbean looking at more 911s...and guess what I came across again. The same 4s, originally priced at 99,500. Now listed at $87,532

So...from what you guys explain... I gather the car is worth low 80s...so I sent an e-mail to the dealer and I guess -now- they figure i am serious. I told them i was prepared to pay $82 with some pretty rims.

Here's what I got back:
Thank you for your inquiry. The special internet price for a 2009 911 Carrera that you requested is $87532 plus taxes, tags and processing fee. Please call me to discuss availability and the rest of the details. Luis i can definately work with you to make sure the vehicle fits your budget. I have a sale through the end of the month were i will go even lower then the sale price listed so if you can make it out to look at the 911 and you like it i can save you a good chunk of change. Please email or call me directly as you get a chance. Thanks again!!!

We will be delighted to arrange a test drive for you. What day and time is most convenient?

So...if if I'm spending 80-85k on a black on black Carrera with the new transmission...should I look at at 2010? I don't really need the 4S and so I wonder if I can get much more car with the same budget.
