I wanted to take some time and reflect my thoughts and emotions for this 100th post. I have always dreamed of buying a pure sports car. Porsche as a brand always appealed to me for several reasons (Racing heritage, cult following, build quality and it's drop dead gorgeous looks). Thanks to the power of internet, I trespassed this site back in November and life was never the same. Thanks to the members here, I gained a ginormous insight into several aspects that eventually led me to buy a '09 C4S. I would have never ever known about the deep discounts on a new Porsche (which eventually was the main reason why I bought a 997.2) but for the 6speed community. Members have educated me on the pricing, must have options, driving dynamics, tire/wheels and paint protection. Posts by yrralis1, auto_union, simsgw, rvhpno80, northvan, Moe and Damon to name a few have been so priceless to me. I even made a good friend in CaymanS2009 who lives 3000 miles away from me. I just completed 911 supremely satisfying miles on my car earlier this week and this community has made the bond that I share with my car that much more special. I sincerely thank you all and am looking forward to living my dream in the days, months and years to come as a part of this great 6speed family.

Great photos and it's so nice to see that your first Porsche is already creating a lifetime memory to be cherished . This is what these cars are about .
