I think that front spoiler looks great tangfish.
How much closer to the ground will your bumber be with that lip spoiler?
Did they have to add something extra to the paint with the piece being so flexible? I remember reading somewhere that polyurethane parts had a special paint process.. can't remember if there is less hardner in the paint or something added... it's supposed allow the piece to flex without cracking the paint.

I don't think that the bumper has to come off. They took mine off because there was a good amount of adhesive to remove from the old TechArt spoiler lip. I'm not painting mine, they're just going to use a bit of scotchbrite to give it a slightly more matte look to match the other black trim pieces. The flexibility is a plus for me, since Seattle streets are crazy bumpy and my old spoiler lip was beat up really badly. It comes up higher than the TechArt one did, but i'm not sure if the bottom is lower or the same, it's tough to tell when the bumper cover is up like that. I'll snap some photos when I pick it up and will post em here.

Here are the photos. I couldn't tell when I was in the bright sunlight but the shadows make it kinda hard to see. The lines look great with my TechArt side skirts and I'm very happy with the fit and look. it rides higher off the ground than my TechArt front lip did, but further forward if that makes sense. Now to see how it holds up wear-wise!
Thanks to you guys who told me about this front spoiler lip in the first place!

I had problems with my previous lip being painted. The roads are so bumpy around here that within just a few days of the lip scraping it would spider all the paint. I was looking for a more flexible, non-painted solution, hoping that it stays looking fairly normal despite the wear and tear. I'm going to leave it like this for a little while then maybe have them dull down the finish on the lip if I want to achieve a more matte look.
