Once the track opens I could set up a private track day, depends on the interest to keep costs down. I'm not into the cars and coffee thing...

We think Lightning would be a better course for beginners. Also, while we appreciate and respect all different sports cars, we want to keep this event to Porsches only. It's going to be like the 6speedonline NE Porsche club. lol

Porsches only is ok with me I was just trying to offset some cost by offering others but that's fine. As far as starbucks if my memory serves me correctly its on the corner of a busy intersection with no parking thus it's a terrible place to meet but I could be wrong. Plus being a weekend and 50 degree weather i am sure there will be people all over the place. Any other spots we can meet at?

Next to the Starbucks is a pnc bank and a large parking lot. I don't think New Hope will be that busy at 10 AM. I figured around 10:30 AM we could go north on river road along the river up toward the lake noxamixon area and take some windy twisty roads. There are nice roads near van sant airport and we could see some cool WWI biplanes taking off the grass runway. etc.

I'm open to suggestions of another place to meet if Starbucks is no good.

New Hope is pretty busy on Sundays...

Maybe we can meet at Holbert Porsche on 611? I doubt they would mind if a few porsche enthusiasts dropped by. They have a coffee machine...

From there we make our way up 611 and back to 32 (River Rd) and wherever else the group decides to go.
