Lots of threads on this on the Rennlist forum (use the "search") with step-by-steps and referral sources for the "Porsche," decals to place over your newly painted calipers.

The only thing I would worry about is heat. I have read if you track you car alot not to paint the calipers. They said the paint would hold me heat in, maybe someone else can chime in.

Spelling error on title corrected...

And, IMHO, if you are going to do it correctly, take the calipers off and have them powdercoated.

Duplicolor I think has a high heat brake paint kit. Just dont paint them yellow if you dont have PCCBs (Pouser)

Does $1200 brake paint add any horsepower? Perhaps is off-gasses Pottery Barn candle aromas...

I read somewhere here 400$ for all. Removal must be done yourself.

AMT, I live 140 miles north of you and I could help if you want to drive up here, no charge except for supplies. Probably an all day job.

You`ve got to be crazy people, G2 kit costs $40, get it and in 6 hours it will be all set, just allow enough time for calipers to dry up. No need to take them off.
