PCM 3.0 question

I think it's the v1.4 upgrade that has been around for a while. Here's a post from Suncoast about this update.

The software isn't critical, but I believe it fixes many little bugs in the system. It's worth it to get it, especially if you use iPod, Bluetooth, or Nav.

Had mine done a few weeks ago during an oil change - they read me the service bulletin - something about the PCM randomly restarting - I have never had the problem, but they did the update anyway. I had done the 1.4 disc months ago. And the System version displayed still says 1.4 - go figure.

My husband brought my car in for a PCM update for my last service. I noticed it took awhile for screens to switch when hitting buttons the first day or so...but now it is fine. I think it is synching a little better with my phone.
