Replacing rear wheel guards

The one side of the C4S was sprayed and the bodyshop didnt replace the rear wheel guard. Can this be purchased and stuck on? Or would you recommend taking it to a clear bra shop and getting them to trace the other side and make a duplicate?

I pulled mine off about a year ago due to yellowing, but never replaced them. Don't have any rock chips yet, knock on wood. How difficult is it to get them lined up and placed correctly?

I was also wondering about the usefulness of them. The other side doesnt appear to have any chip on or around the film. Any widebody guys that can chime in about the rear world usefullness of the wheel guards?

Obviously anyone who really wanted to pull them off must have had a white car. My 08 S was white and those things turned yellow quickly, I pulled them off and within a week there were so many little scratches/rock chips/ etc. Ordered them from Suncoast and put em back on, since then I've sold that car but I wont take them off of my silver Turbo.

They are very usefull, unfortunately i learned the hard way, as far as putting them back on, it took about 20 min, not difficult but I am a perfectionist and couldnt stand seeing any fault when replacing them.

It depends on driving and road conditions. Porsche did test these vehicles extensively and strategically placed them due to higher wear from the front tires kicking debris to the back.

We also carry the precut versions with a higher grade film that is less resistant to yellowing than the factory pieces. For those looking to purchase or replace them, please contact us by phone - 510-623-1308

Cost for our precut pair for both sides would cost $190 + shipping.
