My time would be worth more than pursuing this. Not to mention the attorney's time (cost).

Perhaps, but what if the tire is the only visible sign of problems and there is more beneath the skin...sounds like there could be now given the lack of communication in this deal.

I cannot name a single automobile dealership in New York, but I wouldn't chastise someone for buying a car there. The location of the dealership really has no bearing on the problem at hand, and Lujack's is a "certified" Porsche dealer selling a CPO car. That's infinitely more important than the car being located in "friggen Iowa".
