Link doesn't take you to the car. Tried to narrow it down based on your description but couldn't find the car. However, based on your spec's, listed price is extremely optimistic. I'm thinking low $50's at the most. If it was a CPO, maybe closer to mid $50's.

If it's a coupe instead of cab, 59k is too much even if it's a CPO. I'd say a fair private sale would be ~53-54k, so that would be the price I'll offer.

Thanks everyone. If you look at the pics it is a Cabriolet, just says Coupe on cars.com.

Going in tomorrow to look at the car, get a PPI and possibly make an offer. This whole buying experience is fun but pretty stressful! haha

I have trouble looking at most pictures unless I edit them as my screen resolution is set for large print. Either way they did write "coupe" and in my opinion the person selling the car has to hold to accuracy.

It is at a mercury dealership and that is a concern . I have noticed in recent times that these cars are tuning up at dealerships of other car manufacturers . When I see the Porsche at a BMW or Ferrrai dealership .. it makes sense but not at a Lexus , Mercedes, or Mercury.
What it implies is that the car was bought at auction in an effort to turn a profit above the regular cars they normally sell . Other Porsche dealerships could have bought it.. so could independent lots .. but they didn't . To me that signifies a red flag. I hope it works out for you but I see a risk attached to buying a car in Illinois from a non Porsche dealership , lacking warranty or near end, and taking to Nashville .

x2

porsche dealers have the first right to buy back the leased cars.

this car sounds like it came from an auction.. and passed on by the porsche dealerships.. a red flag, IMO

Thanks for your replies everyone, I'm learning alot throughout this experience. Did a PPI on the car... so just to save someone else some money and time here are some of the results -

DME -

Hours on Engine 666
range 1 - 15179 @ 665 Hours
range 2 - 2123 @ 659.5 Hours
range 3 - 662 @ 659.5 Hours
range 4 - 496 @ 297.7 Hours
range 5 - 56 @ 297.7 Hours
range 6 - 0 @ 0.0 Hours

Drivers door electronics not working
Convertible top will not close
No Service Records
Last oil change = N/A
Battery Needs to be replaced
Clutch stiff/not operating properly
driver door doesn't lock/unlock
driver window stuck
front drains clogged
exhaust system "needs immediate attention"
front hood wont open

So it has tons of problems... My search will continue for a dealer/cpo 2007-2010 997S Cab! Thanks again to everyone on this forum!

Yeah, the dealer was kindof sketchy. When I asked to look at the car they said it was in the detail shop and I was leaving town Tuesday at 1... they said they could have it in by 10 so I got there at 10 to look and it wasn't there. Then they said it'd be in by 12:30 and again it wasn't there. I was pissed at the dealer for wasting my time but I've learned my lesson with independent dealers. Tons wrong with it and yes there are lots around, just tough to find with the right options and all but I'm patient now.

Yeah, it's actually quite funny... Got them down to $56,000 and they wouldn't budge then the PPI results came in. Wow was all I could think to say also haha.

Martin remember you can add most options after the fact. Suncoast Porsche has all the stuff you need like Carbon door sills etc etc etc.

So almost everything what can be opened/closed electronically does not work ? That's weird.
Lucky us that the ash tray and glove box can only be opened manually.
