Has anyone looked into the FVD front conversion? It looks like a good kit, reasonably priced. I may have gone that route, had I not bought a used .1 aerokit bumper.
I can try and post a link later - it always takes me 10 mins to find it on their site...

I would love to do the conversion. ESPECIALLY as one of the posts mentions, with the TechArt DRLs and the Turbo front bumper.

I'm not as concerned about LED tailights and don't think they are worth changing the body (if the 997.1 LED kits that are in the works are to $$). I love the way my rear tail lights work and would rather spend that money on a supercharger so that more people would see those tail lights :-)

However, the front bumper and lights add aesthetics and a brightness/safety factor.

 

We offer 3 different front bumpers and complete body kits that use Porsche OEM DRL LED lights available for 997.1 cars. GT Type III (GT3), GT2 and GT bumpers fit all 997.1 and 997.2 models. Bumpers are manufactured in composite material reinforced with carbon fiber. All bumpers come with polyurethane lower spoilers. Rear bumpers are available for 997.1 or 997.2 taillights.
