New Battery Form Dealer---Code issues
So I went to the local dealership to have my battery tested and after showing that it's 4 year old life was diminishing I opted to have them re-place it.
When I got home I realized that the clock was wrong and that the passenger door window no longer closes that last 1/2 inch after shutting the door.
I'm going back tomorrow to have it re-coded but is there any other codes that I should check? Everything else seemed fine. My radio stations were still programmed as well as my trip computer info.
Thanks.

Here's the procedure to reset your windows, I'm cutting and pasting this direct from my owner's manual, hope this helps you out.
1. Close the windows with the rocker switch once.
Storing end position of the windows
If the battery is disconnected and reconnected, the windows will not be raised automatically when the door is closed.
1. Close the windows with the rocker switch once.
2. Press the rocker switch upwards again to store the end position of the windows in the control unit.

You got your answer re window resetting. You just have to set the clock and other lost memories no need to go to the dealer for anything. They could have done that for you or used a small cigarette lighter battery to avoid the memory loss.
