That's actually imperial gallons. But it still works out to over 35 mpg. Who thought a p-car would be considered for its great fuel economy
But I'm sure no one here would dare drive their p-car in this manner

but i believe in Smiles per gallon. I avg about 10 mpg and trying to get it lower every day gas is cheap

Gas is very cheap right now and I fear that won't last many more years. I'm going to drive the heck out of my car and enjoy every minute of it while I can.

It is impressive that Porsche is so effecient at performance.

With the EVOM SC kit, full Fabspeed exhaust, (dyno'd @ 430rwhp) and always hitting cruise control at the speed limit, my 06C2S got 38.8mpg on a trip from Santa Fe to Eureka Springs, AR last November.
Usually, I see 17-19mpg in mixed, spirited driving.

It is a relatively light and aerodynamic car. If you're just doing cruise control on a freeway it should be able to get good numbers, especially with PDK and overdrive gears.
