Check out G-Rides (Board Sponser) for V1 mirror mount and hardwire kit. I decided to stay with suction cup mount in the space between the mirror and headliner, but the under the mirror mount is very clean. I did install his hardwire kit - very clean install and excellent instructions / pictures supplied.
