Help; installing Carbon Fiber headlight trim (rings)
I have a pair of carbon fiber headlight trim rings for a 997.1 2006 4s. They are affixed with 3m double sided tape to the headlight covers.
The issue is that between the inner edge of the CF trim and the headlight cover, there is an edge/small gap that requires a thin bead of something to make it water and air tight, and to keep the dirt out. I need to provide some caulking to the inner circle on each one.
I would appreciate suggestions on a product, it should be clear, won't fade or crack because of the elements.

Are they the Rotec units?
I had a set of carbon fiber side view mirror inserts, and the gap bugged me so much (visually) that I removed them altogether. They're sitting in my garage now if anyone wants them for $70.
