Few lighting Questions. Please Help!

Ok so i have searched and fund many conflicting posts.
Any help here would be much appreciated.

I previously asked what HID bulbs i needed for my 07 C4S Cab and a few people said D1S. But it was not. It was D2S.
So i went ahead and bought D2S 6000k's and got them changed ( after unfortunately buying D1S bulbs that didn't fit )

Next. My headlights are always on. They act as my daytime running lights and it's driving me crazy! No matter what position my switch is in they're always on.
Is there any way to turn them off? And use my lights that are in my foglight housing as my DRL's? ( sorry don't know what they're called )

B. I bought two sets of LED's for my license plate lights. First set didn't work at all. Second set will light up when the car is lit but will shut off after about a minute. These have resistors on them as well so i don't understand.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to where i can buy license plate LED's that will actually work.

C. The lights in the DRL's are halogen. Any LED solution out there? I know that there's H8 White bulbs that will fit but i'm wondering if there's actually any LED solution...

D. Sidemarkers.
What's the best/cheapest place to order these?

And lastly from my understanding all Carrera S's come with Bi Xenon headlights standard and i always thought that Bi Xenon's were xenons for low and high beam. Am i mistaken? Because my high beams are Halogen.

Thank you all for your time and help

Not sure what to answer - look at Hoen site - those bulbs are actually quite good and do not generate CEL messages as most LED bulbs do.
http://www.hoen-usa.com/

As of your high beams on all the time - it can be switched off by PIWIS programming - by dealer of any mechanic who has PIWIS system.

The Hoen H8 work great as fog light replacements, I am not too sure that you can rewire the DRL function to use these however (would like that too but I am not attempting it)

These LED's work well [1] for the license plate on my 2006
