Just want to share - I have set of rear Tarett droplinks on my car and right side one started to rattle so upon examination I found out that one of ball joints got loose, so, I sent a message to Tarett via their web site and got almost immediate response from Ira - they will ship me a replacement part.

It is truly nice to see manufacturer is staying behind their product like this.
