How much off MSRP on new '10 Carrers S?
#16
Snooze and lose at end of March....Just get the best combination fo what you want at a price you can live with and start enjoying. I have talked to guys who have made a hobby out of looking, low-balling, looking for the guy who is against the wall and hard up desparate to sell. Nothing wrong with a steal, but in my experience, all this stuff eventually goes for close to market. We took advantage of some of the deals at end of March and I am betting that at end of June or end of model year, the deals will be back. These mfrs need volume and some profit at qtr end. The dealers and sales guys are nearly dead from slow business and these shots in the arm help. I would speculate that if you got 4-5k off list right now would would be doing great on something they have plenty of. A Turbo or GT3, not a chance. Just go for it and don't look back.

Actually already got offered 8k off a non SPASM car and Manhattan motorcars has a NEW GT3 for under sticker by 10k. There are absolutely deals out there, but once I settle on a car 1-3k aint that big of a deal. If it is, I should be looking at a Civic.

10% off msrp is quite fair and reasonable

The fact that you resort to ad hominem directed at me only serves as a deflection revealing the weakness of your ability to addess the topics I raised. Instead of addressing the topic (price, missed opportunities, and the timeline) you attempt and guess my age , my driving habits, and seem preoccupied with my "pecker" .
At this point I don't even care if you buy a Porsche or not .
At this point I feel your reply has more revealed about you than the advice I gave .
I was sincere . I thought you wanted a car . But hey --you are on yoiur own.
Good luck.

No problemo bro. I was slightly hard on you but it is what it is. As for wanting a car, I do want one and will obtain one soon, without your help. If you think for one second, you have any inside information that anyone with half a brain couldnt obtain you are dead wrong.
Peace.
Peace.
