Help with C4S wheels

My friend bought a 997 CS4 and is looking at the new 997.2 C2S rims. He is unsure if they will fit the wide body. Will he need spacers and longer bolts, or will they simply fit. A few of the rims state for the narrow body. Are there issues with buying these rims.
He is new to the 911 and I have only had the narrow body so I can't help him. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

he will need spacers for the rears. a 16mm spacer + a narrow body wheel = the fitment of a widebody wheel.

thanks for that info .Just Curious what happens if you don't use spacers? Will the performance be affected?

performance will be negatively affected (although it's perhaps imperceptable). the rear track won't be as wide.

bigger problem is that it would look awful (the rear wheels would look really tucked in).
