Kumho V710 vs Toyo R888

Hi,

Have anybody here had a chance to compare those 2 tires side by side?

I look at them as options for a complementry practice set to use when I take off my hoosiers a6 as they wear down freaking way too fast.

Thanks.

Logically I see probably R888 on 19" rims will be better all-around set instead of current PS2.

It is amazing how fast A6 tires evaporate. A guy on GT3 goes over 6 sets of them for a single season. I do not have such budget for rubber alone so I`ll keep them for 6 events at my local club only. When it finally gets into final 3 sec territory of best lap times it all starts to matter...

Pretty interesting BTW - a guy on 997.2 PDK C4S car on RE11 potenzas was able to run in almost 68 sec compared to my 67.4s on A6s and best lap times of high 63sec - low 64sec. Pretty impressive tires but still not R-comps. Whoever may wonder for street class tires for auto-x - RE11s are the winner no doubt.
