TPC 997 CT-520 Turbo Install.....so easy the wife can do it!

I agree, the stock clutch is easy to drive, I asked my local shop and dealer about upgrading, both of them recommended staying with the OEM, as they felt it could handle the power that I had and the type of driving I was doing.

[QUOTE=justatoy;2882719]Thanks to DPE Wheels as well...
Also,it seems DPE wheels(Manu) has stepped up and offered me a NEW set of shoes(for a wicked deal) for this build...
He is absolutely the MOST understanding guy to deal with....I have changed my mind SOOO MANY TIMES...and he just laughs!
Lookin' forward to meeting Manu when he come to Vancouver this summer.....DINNER is on me buddy(the least I can do for your patience),LOL
So....
The wheels are the same as these only concave and will be done with polished lips and brushed centers......
SPC-5S(shallow concave) for the front
and a
SC(super-concave) for the back...
Stacy
The NEW wheel centers are machined.......
Here is a pic..........as you can see that the backs are substantially more concaved than the ones above, which is why they are called Super-concaved I guess!
Looking forward to getting them on the car!

At least Stacy is enjoying his car for a change while he's waiting for the Turbo. He and I had a great run in our cars last Friday morning from Kelowna to Vancouver.

I told TPC to NOT hurry!
I was also on holidays last week.......as you can tell from Ken's post!
It is GORGEOUS weather here and last thing I want to do IS tear the car apart right now!
But I do believe shipping they are shipping it next week.....so by the time it gets here....TWO weeks or so!
With Carole doing the install...I am sure it will not be done quickly either!
It was a ton of fun...I am going to look over the video for you tonight Ken....
BUT I am VERY excited to get the Turbo in and running!

I agree that he is driving it, if we keep on him perhaps it will spend the day on the track!

I do know how much work it is, that is why I leave it on!

I managed to get in touch with Tom......
Hope you had a good time!
Another reason IS....I do not want to hurt Ed's feelings by kicking his a$$ around the track.
And IT shows,LOL!
Thanks.......we had a blast making it!
AND YES she really is going to install it.....
