Considering that these cars are already perfect on the handling side, What simple options do you think Porsche should offer in the 911?

Auto Headlights
Door Chirp or Horn when Locking
Remote Starter
Auto High Beams
Reverse Camera
Auto Seat for Easy Entry and/or Exit

Thats it for me. Please feel free to add.

I think full leather ought to be standard.

- Adjustable ride height, as an option or standard
- More Aero options, like Turbo spoiler on a C2
- Sunroof delete
- better info in-dash, ie current gas mileage, not just avg
- back seats with LATCH standard or easy DIY add-on
- doubt this is simple, so might not fit, but an RS America-type 911 offering would be nice. Lightweight and inexpensive

(all as on my '06, not sure if any of these are already enhanced)

Call me a old fart but other than the door chirp and reverse camera... I don't want any of that on my 911.

Porsche should offer a sunroof delete option in the US. They should also offer a backup camera. Other than that, you can pretty much get the 911 any way you want and I like that.

I do think that for as much $ as the base price is today, they should throw in floormats, full leather, an ipod hookup and proper auto up and down windows as standard. I'm as bad as anyone but it's nearly criminal how far we let Porsche bend us over for little things that are standard on cars that cost a fraction of what a new 911 costs.

Jason

I bolded three -
1) Cloth --I think a choice woild be nice but either way it ought to be standard.

2) Sunroof -- Agree --would love to delete it.

3) Rear seat -- I think they are there as a marketing tool to lower insurance costs . The car is defined as a "coupe" rather than a sports car .

Could very well be, as a sedan is cheaper to insure than a coupe... I'll still take the back seats, but a delete option sure would be nice.

I would like to add:

FRONT END LIFT (do the MY 2011's offer this on anything other than the GT 2 and 3's?)
