Mis-matched Aero?? Who has experience?
Who has experience running a front spoiler or splitter, and stock rear (or vice versa)? It seems that this would be a really dumb idea for the track, but what about for the street - are there any issues, like rear end lift at higher speeds on the street?
I'm adding a GT3 Aerokit front bumper but not a wing - yet. I am a little worried about mis-matched aero, but not ready to make a decision yet. I will hit 100 occasionally, but the car won't hit the track for at least a few years. I don't like the GT3 rear spoiler - it's just too much for me to go to work and back with. I love the turbo spoiler, but I'm not ready to shell out the cash for that yet. Maybe I can pick up a take-off in a couple of years on the cheap side. Or - maybe I'll warm up to the GT3 or some aftermarket option.

You wont have a problem. Alot of people around here think that Porsche brand wings and front spoilers are some kind of black magic that must not be trifled with.
Fact is Grand - Am & Koni 997's run GT3 rear spoilers and no front spoiler or splitter of any kind. Probably has to do with the race series rulebook but most of the teams know what they are doing and tune the chassis very well without a front spoiler.
In your case, (front GT3 cover and splitter) you will have less lift at the front which may actually help the understeer dialed into the stock chassis.
Anyway, I say go for it and post a pic. I think it will look great and unique.
